Diana Gonzalez, Au.D., CCC-A, has been an audiologist for the past 15 years. As a bilingual Spanish speaking audiologist, she is able to facilitate communication with Spanish speaking families for ease of understanding written materials and meeting content.
She earned her B.A. degree in 2002 and M.S. degree in 2004 from Southern CT State University; and received her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Salus University in 2009.
She has gained extensive knowledge and experience serving deaf and hard of hearing children in their schools and homes. Diana has provided educational audiology services for mainstreamed students in public schools around the state for the last 10 years.
Diana was also the coordinator of audiological services at the American School for the Deaf. She worked for the Birth to Three Program as a service coordinator and pediatric audiologist managing babies' hearing needs.
CT EARS was founded once she decided to pursue her dream of starting her own audiology practice and assisting children and their families with their hearing needs. The company's main objective is to provide comprehensive educational audiology services by connecting students to the world of sound around them.
